The ability of cone-beam computerized tomography to detect vertical root fractures in endodontically treated and nonendodontically treated teeth: a report of 3 cases
TL;DR: CBCT provided useful information in diagnosing VRFs in both endodontically treated and nonendodontic treated teeth, especially when VRFs could not be confirmed by clinical findings and PRs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of ferrule location on the fracture resistance of crowned mandibular premolars: An in vitro study.
TL;DR: Within the limitations of this study, the location of the ferrule had no significant effect on the fracture resistance of endodontically treated mandibular premolars.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cone-beam computed tomographic evaluation of spontaneously healed root fracture.
TL;DR: It was concluded that CBCT images should be obtained for root fractures, especially those in which cervical or internal resorption is suspected from routine conventional radiographs, especially in patients whose teeth have been diagnosed radiographically after 28 years.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cultured primary osteoblast viability and apoptosis in the presence of root canal sealers.
TL;DR: Roekoseal may be less cytotoxic than Kerr's Pulp Canal Sealer, but further studies of this new sealer are required.
Journal ArticleDOI
The effect of sodium hypochlorite application on the success of calcium hydroxide pulpotomy in primary teeth.
TL;DR: It was found that the use of 3% NaOCl as a hemostatic agent had no effect on the outcome of calcium hydroxide pulpotomies with the given concentration and timing of the NaOOCl treatment and the given observation period.
