KSCN-induced Interfacial Dipole in Black TiO2 for Enhanced Photocatalytic CO2 Reduction.

TL;DR: KSCN-modified hydrogenated nickel nanocluster-modified black TiO2 ( SCN-H-Ni-TiO2) exhibits enhanced photocatalytic CO2 reduction due to the interfacial dipole effect, and shows an enhanced CO2 Reduction to solar fuel yield by 2.80 times higher than H- Ni-Ti O2 and retained around 88% product formation yield after 40 h.

Synthesis, characterization and visible light photocatalytic activity of metal based TiO2 monoliths for CO2 reduction

TL;DR: The use of multichannel monoliths for CO2 photoreduction applications is gaining increased attention over slurry and annular reactors due to their tunable geometry for reactor designs and exposed surface area per volume.

Identification of photocatalytic degradation products of bezafibrate in TiO2 aqueous suspensions by liquid and gas chromatography

TL;DR: In the present study the photocatalytic degradation of bezafibrate (BZF), a lipid regulator agent, has been investigated using TiO(2) suspensions and simulated solar light to identify by-product identification and a possible multi-step degradation scheme was proposed.

Photocatalytic oxidation of cyclohexane by titanium dioxide; catalyst deactivation and regeneration

TL;DR: In this paper, two commercially available TiO2 catalysts were compared in the selective photocatalytic oxidation of cyclohexane: Hombikat UV100 (as received (H), and after calcination at 600 °C (H600)), and Solaronix, S450.

Microemulsion-mediated room-temperature synthesis of high-surface-area rutile and its photocatalytic performance

TL;DR: In this article, a nanosized titania having the rutile crystalline structure was synthesized at room temperature using a microemulsion-mediated system, which had a diameter of 3 nm, which corresponds well with the droplet size of the water-in-oil micro emulsion used for their preparation.

Visible-Light Photocatalysis in Nitrogen-Doped Titanium Oxides

TL;DR: Film and powders of TiO2-x Nx have revealed an improvement over titanium dioxide (TiO2) under visible light in optical absorption and photocatalytic activity such as photodegradations of methylene blue and gaseous acetaldehyde and hydrophilicity of the film surface.
