Journal ArticleDOI

A full configuration interaction quantum Monte Carlo study of ScO, TiO, and VO molecules.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors carried out FCIQMC simulations on transition metal oxides and obtained accurate descriptions of 13 low-lying electronic states (ScO 2Σ+, 2Δ, 2Π; TiO 3Δ; VO 4Σ−, 4Φ, 4 Π, 2 Γ, 2 Δ), including states that have significant multi-configurational character.
Journal ArticleDOI

Isolation and Thermal Reactions of the Intermediates from BrCH2CH2OH Decomposition on Cu(100) and Oxygen-Precovered Cu(100)

TL;DR: In this article, the surface intermediates that were generated from BrCH 2 CH 2 OH decomposition were examined on clean and oxygen-precovered Cu(100) surfaces under ultrahigh vacuum conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation of mesoporous titanosilicate with isolated Ti active centers for cyclohexene oxidation

TL;DR: In this paper, a mesoporous titanosilicate with active Ti centers using CTAB as the structure directing agent and ethylenediamine as the complexing agent (TSC-ED) was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Chemoselective Catalytic Oxidation of Olefin Derivatives with Co–Salen Immobilized SBA-15

TL;DR: In this article, a Co-Salen immobilized on SBA-15 was synthesized and characterized to study its chemoselective catalytic activity towards the oxidation of Cinnamyl alcohol and cinnamaldehyde, with tert-butyl hydroperoxide as the oxidant at 60, 70 and 80 oC.
Journal ArticleDOI

New dioxygen complex of molybdenum porphyrin. Reactions of oxomolybdenum(IV) porphyrins with molecular oxygen.

TL;DR: In this paper, a structure for the dioxygen complexes of oxomolybdenum(IV) porphyrins was proposed, where the photo-irradiation of the solutions with the wavelength of the Soret bands was used to recover the parent oxomyllbdenium(IV)-porphyrin.
