TL;DR: Experts assembled to review, debate and summarize the challenges of IB validation and qualification produced 14 key recommendations for accelerating the clinical translation of IBs, which highlight the role of parallel (rather than sequential) tracks of technical validation, biological/clinical validation and assessment of cost-effectiveness.
Journal ArticleDOI
A scoping review of rapid review methods
Andrea C. Tricco,Andrea C. Tricco,Jesmin Antony,Wasifa Zarin,Lisa Strifler,Lisa Strifler,Marco Ghassemi,John D. Ivory,Laure Perrier,Brian Hutton,David Moher,Sharon E. Straus,Sharon E. Straus +12 more
TL;DR: Numerous rapid review approaches were identified and few were used consistently in the literature; a prospective study comparing the results from rapid reviews to those obtained through systematic reviews is warranted.
Journal ArticleDOI
