Journal ArticleDOI
Health and functional status of adult recipients 1 year after allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation
Gérard Socié,Jean-Yves Mary,Helene Esperou,Dominique Vexiau Robert,Selim Aractingi,Patricia Ribaud,Agnès Devergie,Marie-Elisabeth Toubert,Patrice Boudou,Beryl Cathelinau,Eliane Gluckman,Patrick Vexiau +11 more
TL;DR: Routine tests in adult patients were able to detect significant numbers of‐non‐symptomatic complications enabling early treatment, and risk factors for altered pulmonary function tests included previous smoking habits, irradiation and chronic GvHD.
Journal ArticleDOI
Detection of membrane-bound HLA-G translated products with a specific monoclonal antibody.
Armand Bensussan,Indra Gusti Mansur,Valérie Mallet,Anne-Marie Rodriguez,M Girr,Elisabeth H. Weiss,Gottfried Brem,Laurence Boumsell,Eliane Gluckman,Jean Dausset +9 more
TL;DR: A monomorphic anti-HLA-G monoclonal antibody was obtained by immunization of HLA-B27/human beta 2-microglobulin double-transgenic mice with transfected murine L cells, and it was shown that this mAb, designated BFL.1, specifically recognizes, by flow cytometry analysis, the immunizing Hla-G-expressing cells, whereas it does not bind to parental untransfected or to HLA
Journal Article
Fulminant adenovirus hepatitis after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.
TL;DR: A patient who developed fulminant hepatitis 5 months after bone marrow transplantation died from liver failure, and Adenovirus type 2 was identified in liver cells by electron microscopy and immunohistochemical staining using a monoclonal anti-adenovirus antibody.
Journal ArticleDOI
Abnormal telomere metabolism in Fanconi's anaemia correlates with genomic instability and the probability of developing severe aplastic anaemia
Xiaxin Li,François Leteurtre,Vanderson Rocha,Philippe Guardiola,Roland Berger,Marie-Thérèse Daniel,Maria Helena Noguera,Odile Maarek,Gwenaelle Le Roux,Pauline De La Salmonière,Patrice Richard,Eliane Gluckman +11 more
TL;DR: Data indicated that telomeres might play a role in the evolution of bone marrow failure and malignant transformation in FA.
Journal ArticleDOI
Long-term immune reconstitution and T cell repertoire analysis after autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in systemic sclerosis patients.
Dominique Farge,Dominique Farge,Lucas C. M. Arruda,Lucas C. M. Arruda,Lucas C. M. Arruda,Fanny Brigant,Emmanuel Clave,Emmanuel Clave,Corinne Douay,Corinne Douay,Zora Marjanovic,Christophe Deligny,Guitta Maki,Eliane Gluckman,Antoine Toubert,Antoine Toubert,Hélène Moins-Teisserenc,Hélène Moins-Teisserenc +17 more
TL;DR: Despite improved skin score after aHSCT in all SSc patients, pretransplant B cell clonal expansion and faster post-transplant T cell IR in long-term non-responder/relapsing patients call for new therapeutic protocols guided by IR analysis to improve their outcome.
