TL;DR: The fixation of monoclonal antibodies to the molecule HLA-DR induced an augmentation of thymidine uptake by bone marrow cells, an increased formation of granulo-monocytic colonies and the activation of membrane phospholipase C in hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC) population.
