Simultaneous Planck, Swift, and Fermi observations of X-ray and γ-ray selected blazars

Paolo Giommi, +106 more
TL;DR: In this paper, simultaneous Planck, Swift, Fermi, and ground-based data for 105 blazars belonging to three samples with flux limits in the soft X-ray, hard Xray, and gamma-ray bands, with additional 5 GHz flux-density limits to ensure a good probability of a Planck detection.

Simultaneous Planck, Swift, and Fermi observations of X-ray and gamma-ray selected blazars

TL;DR: In this paper, simultaneous Planck, Swift, Fermi, and ground-based data for 105 blazars belonging to three samples with flux limits in the soft X-ray, hard Xray, and gamma-ray bands were presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Detection of significant cm to sub-mm band radio and γ-ray correlated variability in Fermi bright blazars

TL;DR: In this paper, a cross-correlation analysis between radio and γ-ray signals is presented, showing that radio lagging γ rays is a significant phenomenon in the frequency-dependent frequency domain with a frequency dependence τ(r, γ) ∈ ν^(−1), in good agreement with jet opacity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Results of WEBT, VLBA and RXTE monitoring of 3C 279 during 2006-2007 ⋆

Valeri M. Larionov, +75 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors present radio-to-optical data taken by the WEBT, supplemented by our VLBA and RXTE observations, of 3C 279.
Journal ArticleDOI

Radio to gamma-ray variability study of blazar S5 0716+714

TL;DR: In this article, a series of radio, optical, X-ray, and γ-ray observations of the BL Lac object S50716+714 carried out between April 2007 and January 2011 were obtained using several ground and space-based facilities.
