Effects of Pore Size on Fatigue Deformation Mechanism of Open-Cell Copper Foam at Low Stress Amplitude.

TL;DR: The experimental results indicate that a smaller pore size is related to a lower fatigue life, and the effects of the strain amplitude on the fatigue properties were studied and found that there is an exponential relationship between the fatigue life and strain amplitude.
Journal ArticleDOI

Laser-diode-pumped Cr4+, Nd3+:YAG self-Q-switched laser with high repetition rate and high stability

TL;DR: In this paper, a diode end-pumped self Q-switched Cr4+, Nd3+: YAG laser was established with 30-ns pulse width (FWHM) and 0.5-μJ pulse energy output.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optimal coordinated voltage control of AC/DC power systems for voltage stability enhancement

TL;DR: The results of simulations performed for two AC/DC power systems show that the proposed optimal coordinated voltage control of AC/ DC systems to enhance steady-state voltage stability can effectively coordinate control variables to enhance voltage stability.
Journal ArticleDOI

Power Scheduling in More Electric Aircraft Based on an Optimal Adaptive Control Strategy

TL;DR: An OCP to minimize the fluctuations in power generation systems is proposed and solved via an off-policy integral reinforcement learning approach and the voltage restoration is applied to maintain the main-bus voltage in the onboard high voltage dc system.
Journal ArticleDOI

Laser-Induced Full-Matrix Ultrasonic Imaging of Complex-Shaped Objects

TL;DR: Laser-induced full-matrix imaging of complex-shaped objects that combines the advantages of noncontact laser ultrasound inspection and high-contrast array imaging based on total focusing method (TFM) is presented.
