Journal ArticleDOI
Structural auto-optimization of integrated optical directional coupler polarization splitters and reflectors
TL;DR: In this paper, an autodesign method for polarization splitters and reflectors based on the beam propagation method and the golden section method is presented, which can decrease the amount of computation greatly.
Journal ArticleDOI
Interface connection modulation by heating treatment for photovoltaic performance enhancement on CuInS2 quantum dot sensitized solar cells
Zhuoyin Peng,Zheng Sun,Zuoqiu Ning,Yueli Liu,Jianlin Chen,Wei Li,Wei Qiu,Jian Chen,Zhimin Liu +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the interface connection of photo-electrodes is modulated by different heating temperature and heating time, and the surface states of QDs and interface connection between CuInS2 and TiO2 films have been optimized, which have exhibited excellent charge separation and charge transfer properties with the heating treatment at 300°C for 5min.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dynamically modulated Autler-Townes effect in a transmon qubit
Jiazheng Pan,Jiazheng Pan,Yunyi Fan,Yunyi Fan,Yongchao Li,Yongchao Li,Dai Xin,Dai Xin,Xing-Yu Wei,Xing-Yu Wei,Ya-Peng Lu,Ya-Peng Lu,Chunhai Cao,Chunhai Cao,Lin Kang,Lin Kang,Weiwei Xu,Weiwei Xu,Jian Chen,Jian Chen,Guozhu Sun,Guozhu Sun,Peiheng Wu,Peiheng Wu +23 more
TL;DR: By applying a coupling microwave field gated by random-telegraph-noise (RTN), this article reported the experimental demonstration of dynamically modulated Autler-Townes effect (ATE) in an artificial atom and obtained the distinguished characteristics when a system is affected by RTN.
Journal ArticleDOI
Constructing Asymmetrical Ni-Centered {NiN2O4} Octahedra in Layered Metal-Organic Structures for Near-Room-Temperature Single-Phase Magnetoelectricity.
Kaihui Mao,Jinlei Zhang,Jinlei Zhang,Zijing Guo,Lizhe Liu,He Ma,Yiying Chin,Hongji Lin,Song-Song Bao,Hangqing Xie,Run Yang,Zhaoyang Jing,Jiancang Shen,Guoliang Yuan,Jian Chen,Peiheng Wu,Xinglong Wu +16 more
TL;DR: The construction of a LMOS in which four Ni-centered {NiN2O4} octahedra form in layer with asymmetric distortions using the coordination bonds between diphenylalanine molecules and transition metal Ni(II) using strong magnetic-field-dependent ME polarization with low-magnetic-field control is demonstrated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Analysis of heat and mass transfer in ultrasonic vibration-enhanced friction stir welding of 2195 Al–Li alloy
TL;DR: In this article, the authors used ultrasonic vibration (UV)-enhanced friction stir welding (UVeFSW) for welding 2195 Al-Li alloy plates and developed a model to study the heat and mass transfer in UVeFSW.
