Investigation of the Performance of an Ultralow-Dark-Count Superconducting Nanowire Single-Photon Detector
Shanthi Subashchandran,Shanthi Subashchandran,Ryo Okamoto,Ryo Okamoto,Labao Zhang,Akira Tanaka,Akira Tanaka,Masayuki Okano,Masayuki Okano,Lin Kang,Jian Chen,Peiheng Wu,Shigeki Takeuchi,Shigeki Takeuchi +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a fiber-coupled superconducting nanowire single-photon detector (SNSPD) with a meander-type niobium nitride nanowires (width: 50 nm) was used to achieve an ultralow DCR (0.0015 cps) and high DE (32%) at a wavelength of 500 nm.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reflective grating-coupled structure improves the detection efficiency of THz array detectors
Peng Xiao,Xuecou Tu,Lin Kang,Chengtao Jiang,Shimin Zhai,Zhou Jiang,Danfeng Pan,Jian Chen,Xiaoqing Jia,Peiheng Wu +9 more
TL;DR: A reflective grating-coupled structure on the silicon substrate was designed to improve the detection efficiency of terahertz detectors and showed that the signal was effectively reflected and diffracted by the reflective grates-couple structure which significantly enhanced the electric field in the place of the detector.
Journal ArticleDOI
Quasi-Gated Superconducting Nanowire Single-Photon Detector
TL;DR: In this paper, a quasi-gated single-photon detector (SNSPD) was proposed to solve the backscattering problem in laser-ranging systems operating at 1064 nm.
Journal ArticleDOI
Relationship Between Postoperative Complications and the Prognosis of Gastric Carcinoma Patients Who Underwent Surgical Resection: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.
TL;DR: In this paper, the presence of postoperative complications was associated with poor prognosis of gastric carcinoma (GC) patients, and a meta-analysis was designed and reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Development of wavelength calibration techniques for high-resolution x-ray imaging crystal spectrometers on the EAST tokamak.
Bo Lyu,Jian Chen,Ruiji Hu,L. F. Delgado-Aparicio,Fudi Wang,Manfred Bitter,K. W. Hill,N. A. Pablant,S. G. Lee,M.Y. Ye,Yuejiang Shi,B. N. Wan,East Team +12 more
TL;DR: Lyα lines emitted from Cd x-ray tubes are proposed to be used as "markers" to provide an in situ calibration of the EAST's X-ray imaging crystal spectrometer systems measuring He- and H-like argon spectra.
