Journal ArticleDOI
Tunable quantum beam splitters for coherent manipulation of a solid-state tripartite qubit system.
TL;DR: The result shows that the Landau–Zener–Stückelberg interference has great potential in precise control of the quantum states in the tripartite system and avoided crossings in the system's energy-level spectrum due to the qubit–TLS interaction act as tunable quantum beam splitters of wave functions.
Journal ArticleDOI
MoS2 Tribotronic Transistor for Smart Tactile Switch
Fei Xue,Libo Chen,Longfei Wang,Yaokun Pang,Jian Chen,Chi Zhang,Zhong Lin Wang,Zhong Lin Wang +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a novel tribotronic transistor has been developed by vertically coupling a single-electrode mode triboelectric nanogenerator and a MoS2 field effect transistor.
Journal ArticleDOI
Remaining useful life estimation for proton exchange membrane fuel cells using a hybrid method
TL;DR: Test results show that the proposed hybrid prognostics method can achieve accurate long-term degradation trend prediction and remaining useful life estimation for PEMFCs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Eutectoid-structured WC/W2C heterostructures: A new platform for long-term alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction at low overpotentials
Zhigang Chen,Zhigang Chen,Wenbin Gong,Wenbin Gong,Shan Cong,Shan Cong,Zhen Wang,Zhen Wang,Ge Song,Ge Song,Pan Ting,Pan Ting,Xueqing Tang,Xueqing Tang,Jian Chen,Jian Chen,Weibang Lu,Weibang Lu,Zhigang Zhao,Zhigang Zhao +19 more
TL;DR: In this article, a unique eutectoid-structured WC/W2C heterostructure was proposed for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) electrocatalysis in alkaline media.
Journal ArticleDOI
Active Control of Terahertz Waves Using Vanadium-Dioxide-Embedded Metamaterials
Caihong Zhang,Gaochao Zhou,Jingbo Wu,Yahua Tang,Qi-Ye Wen,Shaoxian Li,Jiaguang Han,Biaobing Jin,Jian Chen,Peiheng Wu +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the active control of terahertz waves using hybrid metamaterials containing embedded vanadium dioxide was described. But the authors did not consider the effect of thermal, electrical, or optical stimuli.
