Investigations on the structural and optical properties of sphere-shaped indium nitride (InN)

TL;DR: In this article, an indium nitride (InN) sphere-shaped micro crystals and nano crystals were made using sol-gel method and the crystalline size of the samples were calculated using X-ray diffraction, which were found to increase with the increase of nitridation temperature and time.
Journal ArticleDOI

Growth and spectroscopic characterization of NdAl3(BO3)4 crystals grown using BaO-B2O3 flux

TL;DR: Caracterisation de NdAl 3 (BO 3 ) 4 par microanalyse par sonde electronique, spectrometrie IR et Raman as discussed by the authors, et al..
Journal ArticleDOI

Suppression of Blinking and Enhancement of Optical Properties of Core-Shell Quantum Dots by Structural Formulation

TL;DR: A theoretical study on the causes and mitigation process of the blinking phenomenon in core-shell QDs has been carried out in this paper, where an approach to eliminate blinking behavior is to modify the traditional coreshell structure where the interface between the core and shell materials is discontinuous and abrupt.
Journal Article

Field Appraisal of Controlled Release Formulation of Phorate Against Rice Leaf Folder

TL;DR: Controlled release formulations of phorate prepared in a polyvinyl chloride matrix (PVC-10) provided a comparable control of the rice leaf folder, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis as compared to thiamethoxam and profenphos in field grown rice.
Journal ArticleDOI

Micro Raman analysis of MOCVD grown gallium nitride epilayers irradiated with light and heavy ions

TL;DR: In this article, a Lorentzian line shape model has been fitted to the Raman spectra of optical phonon mode of E2H (high) and A1(LO) peaks.
