Role of interface roughness scattering, temperature, and structural parameters on the performance characteristics of III-nitride quantum cascade detectors

TL;DR: In this article, a III-nitride quantum cascade detector for the fiber optic communication wavelength (∼1.5 µm) has been designed, and the effect of intersubband scattering processes such as longitudinal-optical phonon scattering, ionized impurity scattering, and more importantly interface roughness scattering on responsivity performance has been analyzed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Unusually large structural stability of terbium oxide phase under high pressure

TL;DR: In this article, high-pressure X-Ray diffraction studies on terbium oxide have been carried out up to a pressure of ∼35 GPa in a diamond anvil cell at room temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Investigations on the nanostructures of GaN, InN and InxGa1−xN

TL;DR: In this article, a controllable approach to the formation of III-nitride nanocrystalline structures using hydrothermal assisted method is presented, and the structural and morphological properties of the prepared nanostructures are analyzed using X-ray diffraction, Fast Fourier Transformation and transmission electron microscope techniques.
Book ChapterDOI

Diversity and Biopotential of Endophytic Fungal Flora Isolated from Eight Medicinal Plants of Uttar Pradesh, India

TL;DR: This chapter focuses on fungal endophytic diversity of eight medicinal plants of Uttar Pradesh, India with their biopotential ability as well as their antimicrobial and antioxidant activity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Partial-LUT Designs for Low-Complexity Realization of DA-Based BLMS Adaptive Filter

TL;DR: Two-optimized partial look-up table (LUT) designs for low-complexity realization of distributed arithmetic (DA) based block least-mean-square (BLMS) adaptive filter (ADF) based on the partial add-store (PAS) and partial store-add (PSA) methods are presented.
