Prusti,P. Mahadevu,K. Iyanar,Sujata Das +45 more
TL;DR: In this article , the impact of environmental conditions on crop phenological dynamics and their influence on the yield of mungbeans in different agroecological regions of the Indian subcontinent was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Modeling charge transport mechanism in inorganic quantum dot light-emitting devices through transport layer modification strategies
Sweta Rani,Jitendra Kumar +1 more
TL;DR: In this article , a double hole transport layer was proposed for improved charge injection of holes and a doped electron transport layer for controlled injection of electrons in a quantum dot light-emitting device (QLED).
Journal ArticleDOI
Theoretical investigation on the electronic and optical properties of BSTS compounds with SOC and TB_mBJ potentials
TL;DR: In this article, the potentials for exchange and correlation are treated within generalized gradient approximation-Perdew Burke Ernzerhof and Tran-Blaha modified Becke-Johnson (TB_mBJ).
Book ChapterDOI
Behaviour of platinum and palladium microclusters on alumina support films
Jitendra Kumar,Rakesh Saxena +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that deactivation is caused not only by coarsening of clusters but also by interaction between the catalyst and gaseous components as well (i e through hydride or oxide formation in reducing or oxidizing conditions, described as reactive coarsens or reactive redispersion)
Journal ArticleDOI
Investigations on the swift heavy ion implanted GaAs substrates
TL;DR: In this article, the surface morphology of the swift heavy ion Si + -implanted samples has been analyzed and it is observed that the implantation-induced defects are analogous to columnar defects with nano-dimensions.
