Effects of enalapril in heart failure: a double blind study of effects on exercise performance, renal function, hormones, and metabolic state.

TL;DR: On enalapril the improvement in symptoms, exercise performance, fall in plasma noradrenaline, and rise in serum potassium coincided with a decline in the frequency of ventricular extrasystoles recorded during ambulatory monitoring, suggesting that this drug may not be beneficial in early heart failure.

A systematic review of telemonitoring for the management of heart failure.

TL;DR: Telemonitoring allows a clinician to monitor, on a daily basis, physiological variables measured by patients at home, which provides a means to keep patients with heart failure under close supervision, which could reduce the rate of admission to hospital and accelerate discharge.
