The Seventh Visual Object Tracking VOT2019 Challenge Results

Matej Kristan, +179 more
TL;DR: The Visual Object Tracking challenge VOT2019 is the seventh annual tracker benchmarking activity organized by the VOT initiative; results of 81 trackers are presented; many are state-of-the-art trackers published at major computer vision conferences or in journals in the recent years.
Journal ArticleDOI

Far-field diffraction microscopy at λ/10 resolution

TL;DR: In this paper, the amplitude, the phase, and the polarization of the field scattered by the sample with an approximate knowledge of the sample permittivity were combined to reconstruct spatially complex samples up to 50 nm resolution.
Journal ArticleDOI

Full-polarized tomographic diffraction microscopy achieves a resolution about one-fourth of the wavelength.

TL;DR: A marker-free microscope that records the phase, amplitude, and polarization state of the field diffracted by the sample for different illumination directions is presented, observing that the full-polarized information ameliorates significantly the three-dimensional image of weakly scattering subdiffraction objects.
Journal ArticleDOI

Physiognomy: Personality traits prediction by learning

TL;DR: Experimental results show that “Rule-consciousness” and “Tension” can be reliably predicted from face images, a finding in accord with previous studies, and convolutional neural network features outperform traditional handcrafted features in predicting traits.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ultrafast soliton and stretched-pulse switchable mode-locked fiber laser with hybrid structure of multimode fiber based saturable absorber

TL;DR: An all-fiber mode locked laser based on hybrid structure of multimode fiber saturable absorber (SA) that can realize both conventional soliton and stretched-pulse states is demonstrated and the maximum single pulse energy of nearly 1 nJ is achieved.
