TL;DR: A marker-free microscope that records the phase, amplitude, and polarization state of the field diffracted by the sample for different illumination directions is presented, observing that the full-polarized information ameliorates significantly the three-dimensional image of weakly scattering subdiffraction objects.

TL;DR: An all-fiber mode locked laser based on hybrid structure of multimode fiber saturable absorber (SA) that can realize both conventional soliton and stretched-pulse states is demonstrated and the maximum single pulse energy of nearly 1 nJ is achieved.
