Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, luminescent, and magnetic properties of LaVO4:Eu nanorods
TL;DR: The LaVO 4 :Eu nanorods were synthesized successfully by an ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA)-mediated hydrothermal method.
Journal ArticleDOI
One-dimensional nanomaterials of vanadium and molybdenum oxides
TL;DR: In this article, one-dimensional vanadium and molybdenum oxide nanomaterials have been synthesized using a rheological reaction followed by a self-assembling process.
Journal ArticleDOI
Engineering a topological phase transition in β-InSe via strain
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors showed that β-InSe endowed with external strain can realize a novel three dimensional topological insulator by ab initio calculations and showed that the promising topological non-trivial state can be observed in an accessible temperature regime in βInSe for its large spin-orbital band gap up to 121meV.
Journal ArticleDOI
Substrate-dependent ALD of Cux on TiO2 and its performance in photocatalytic CO2 reduction
Mu Liu,Liren Zheng,Xiaolei Bao,Zeyan Wang,Peng Wang,Yuanyuan Liu,Hefeng Cheng,Ying Dai,Baibiao Huang,Zhaoke Zheng +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, Cu was loaded on different TiO2 substrates to achieve better CO2 photocatalytic reduction performance, and both TiO 2 and H-TiO 2 exhibited dramatic enhancement for CO and CH4 production.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cationic-vacancy-induced room-temperature ferromagnetism in transparent, conducting anatase Ti1-xTaxO2(x = 0.05) thin films
Andrivo Rusydi,Sankar Dhar,A. Roy Barman,Ariando,Dongchen Qi,Mallikarjuna Rao Motapothula,Jiabao Yi,Iman Santoso,Yuan Ping Feng,Kesong Yang,Kesong Yang,Ying Dai,Nikolai Yakovlev,Jun Ding,Andrew T. S. Wee,G. Neuber,M. B. H. Breese,M. Ruebhausen,M. Ruebhausen,Hans Hilgenkamp,Hans Hilgenkamp,Thirumalai Venkatesan +21 more
TL;DR: It is proposed (in the absence of any obvious exchange mechanisms) that the localized magnetic moments, VTi sites, are ferromagnetically ordered by itinerant carriers.
