TL;DR: Fikri mulkiyet hakki; sinai, bilimsel, edebi ve sanatsal alanlardaki yaraticilik uretiminden dogan yasal haklar olarak tanimlanabilir as discussed by the authors.

TL;DR: In this paper, a new approach is proposed to extract features from sensor signals using HAR, inspired by the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method, which is widely used in image processing, but it is applied to one-dimensional signals, unlike GLCM.
Abstract: In recent years, it has been observed that many researchers have been working on different areas of detection, recognition and monitoring of human activities. The automatic determination of human physical activities is often referred to as human activity recognition (HAR). One of the most important technology that detects and tracks the activity of the human body is sensor-based HAR technology. In recent days, sensor-based HAR attracts attention in the field of computers due to its wide use in daily life and is a rapidly growing field of research. Activity recognition (AR) application is carried out by evaluating the signals obtained from various sensors placed in the human body. In this study, a new approach is proposed to extract features from sensor signals using HAR. The proposed approach is inspired by the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method, which is widely used in image processing, but it is applied to one-dimensional signals, unlike GLCM. Two datasets were used to test the proposed approach. The datasets were created from the signals obtained from the accelerometer, gyro and magnetometer sensors. Heralick features were obtained from co-occurrence matrix created after 1D-GLCM (One (1) Dimensional-Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix) was applied to the signals. HAR operation has been carried out for different scenarios using these features. Success rates of 96.66 and 93.88% were obtained for two datasets, respectively. It has been observed that the new approach proposed within the scope of the study provides high success rates for HAR applications. It is thought that the proposed approach can be used in the classification of different signals.

TL;DR: In this paper, the organic components in oil shale are of mainly algal-amorphous organic matter, indicating that they are marine (mainly type I-II kerogen).
Abstract: Potential source rocks west of the central Anatolia basin, in Beydili/Nallihan (Turkey) include Paleocene-Eocene oil shale. Organic geochemical analyses show that the organic components in oil shale are of mainly algal-amorphous organic matter, indicating that they are marine (mainly type I–II kerogen). The organic carbon content of Beydili rocks ranges from 1.35 to 11.12 wt%, Goksarlik Tepe rocks 1.06 to 13.8 wt%, and Kepeztepe rocks 1.55 to 11.31 wt% They have source rock quality for oil generation. The Paleocene-Eocene oil shale is in the early stage of oil generation. The redox conditions of depositional environment in three different areas have a transition period from oxic to anoxic.

TL;DR: An efficient and reproducible protocol has been developed for micropropagation of endangered Ajuga xylorrhiza Kit Tan and Kin parameters were more effective on shoot length and multiple shoot production than BAP and TDZ.
Abstract: Ajuga xylorrhiza Kit Tan is a rare endemic perennial species growing in the stony habitats in Southeastern Anatolia region, Turkey. An efficient and reproducible protocol has been developed for micropropagation of endangered Ajuga xylorrhiza. Shoots were cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium, supplemented with various concentrations of 6-benzyl amino purine (BAP), thidiazuron (TDZ), and kinetin (Kin). The optimal shoot formation was with the medium containing 0.125 mg L−1 BAP (7.91 shoots per explant), and 0.25 mg L−1 Kin (4.9 shoots per explant) was recorded. The best result in terms of shoot length (3.43 to 3.63 cm) was obtained from the Kin treatments. Kin parameters were more effective on shoot length and multiple shoot production than BAP and TDZ. For rooting, regenerated shoots were transferred to 1/4 strength MS medium containing two different concentrations of indole acetic acid (IAA) and α-naphthalenetic acid (NAA) at 0 (control), 0.5, or 1.0 mg L−1.The best results in terms of the number of roots per shoot were obtained from the medium supplemented with 0.5 mg L−1 IAA (3.10 roots per explant). Rooted plantlets were transferred to soil for acclimization with 100% success rate.
