Adıyaman ilinde yatay düzleme gelen global güneş ışınım değerlerinin ampirik modeller ile geliştirilmesi

Abstract: Ozet Gunes enerjisi potansiyelini tahmin etmek ve etkili kullanimi icin farkli iklim cografyalarinda cesitli modeller turetilmistir. Ancak bu modellerin mutlak ve kararli sonuclar vermesi bakimindan bolgesel formda olusturulmalidir. Bu calismanin amacinda Turkiye’nin Guneydogusunda yer alan Adiyaman ilinin global gunes isinimi incelenmistir. Mevcut literaturde kabul gormus bes farkli konuma ait ozgun modeller bolge icin denetlenmis ve uygunlugu istatiksel olarak arastirilmistir. Bolgenin salt isinim sonuclarina sahip olmasi icin Elektrik Isleri Etut Idaresi’nin (EIE 1985-2006) sayfasindan alinan degerlerle bolgeye ozgun bes farkli (lineer, polinom, logaritmik, ussel ve ustel) model gelistirilmistir. Gelistirilen model sonuclariyla Adiyaman sehrinin ortalama gunes isinimini tahmin edilerek ampirik a, b ve c katsayilari hesaplanmistir. Modellerden bulunan bu sonuclarin, mevcut eldeki meteorolojik degerlerle korelasyonlarinin uyumlu oldugu gorulmustur. Sonuclari istatistiksel mukayese yontemleri bagil hata yuzdesi (e), belirlilik katsayisi (R²), ortalama yuzde hata (MPE), ortalama mutlak hata yuzdesi (MAPE), bagil hata karesi (SSRE), bagil standart hata (RSE), ortalama sapma hatasi (MBE), karekok hatasi (RMSE) ve t-istatistik (t-sat) ile olmak uzere dokuz farkli istatistik yontemi ile karsilastirilmistir. Istatistiksel hata sonuclarina gore H/Ho=-1,1463 (S/So)^2+2,0327(S/So)-0,3164 polinom bagintisi elde edilmis ve bu bagintidan R 2 (% 99.31), MBE ( 21,48), RMSE (155,78), t-stat (0,4618) degerleri ile Adiyaman icin yatay duzleme gelen global gunes isinimin tahmininde kararli ve makul yaklasim elde edilmistir. Abstract: Financing of sustainable development is a sophisticated and long-term process determined by a number of economic and non-economic factors. Financial instruments, private and public nature, exist that can be a source of financing of sustainable development. The choice of finance sources and instruments has an impact on the stability of economic systems and the efficiency of public expenditure with respect to sustainable development goals. The choice of financial instruments for financing development impact on financial stability and results in outcomes performed. The goal of the chapter is to examine relationships between financial stability reflected by public debt to gross domestic product (GDP) and sustainable development described by variables represented by three pillars of sustainable development: economic, social, and environmental.
