TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the differences and prediction of post-traumatic stress disorder (further PTSD) by trait emotional intelligence and its four factors (well-being, self-control, sociability, and emotionality) of two specific groups.
Abstract: Objective: The study aim was to investigate the differences and prediction of post-traumatic stress disorder (further PTSD) by trait emotional intelligence (further EI) and its four factors (well-being, self-control, sociability, and emotionality) of two specific groups. Method: Research groups were immigrants coming to Slovakia from Turkey (N=104, M age =35.4 years, /SD=10.2/) and national majority of the Slovaks living in Slovakia (N=264, M age =33.2 years /SD=11.9/). PTSD was assessed by PCL-5 (PTSD Checklist for DSM-5, Weathers et al., 2013), and trait EI by Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-Short Form (TEIQue-SF; Petrides 2009) modified and adapted to Turkish and Slovak population. Results: T-test analysis and effect size estimation proved a higher level of PTSD for Turks in comparison to the locals (p≤.001; d=.54), though no differences were proved in trait EI and its four factors. Correlation and regression analysis revealed the higher level of trait EI is significantly related to lower level of PTSD (strong relations for the immigrants). Global trait EI level predicts significantly to a certain extent PTSD in both groups (for the Turks 54%, F (1,103) = 119.627, p≤.001), for the Slovaks 16%, F (1,263) = 50.526, p≤.001). Self-control was the only significant moderate predictor in both groups (p≤.001) whilst controlling for the other EI factors. Conclusions: The study emphasizes the need to educate, facilitate and support any man´s emotion-related personality traits, especially self-control skills, as a form of PTSD prevention.

TL;DR: This paper presents the innovative approach to the simplification of program comprehension by focusing on well known (and precisely described) parts of program implementation, it is possible to create metamodel for implementation parts automatically.
Abstract: The maintenance of a software system represents an important part in its lifetime. In general, each software system is the subject of different kinds of changes. Bug fixes and a new functionality extensions are the most common reasons for a change. Usually, a change is accomplished by source code modifications. To make such a modification, correct understanding the current state of a system is required. This paper presents the innovative approach to the simplification of program comprehension. Based on the presented method, the affected software system is analyzed and metamodel for the selected feature is created. The feature represents functional aspect of a system being the subject of the analysis and change. The main benefit is that by focusing on well known (and precisely described) parts of program implementation, it is possible to create metamodel for implementation parts automatically. The level of metamodel is at a higher level of abstraction than implementation.

TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that the stability of r-modes in young rapidly rotating pulsars might be explained if one takes into account strong medium modifications of the nucleon-nucleon interaction.
Abstract: We demonstrate that stability of r-modes in young rapidly rotating pulsars might be explained if one takes into account strong medium modifications of the nucleon-nucleon interaction because of the softening of pionic degrees of freedom in dense nucleon matter. Presence of the efficient direct Urca processes is not required. Within our model the most rapidly rotating observed young pulsar PSR J0537-6910 should have the mass $\geq 1.8M_{\odot}$.

TL;DR: The author of this article finds the answer in the union of the theory learning tasks and theory of the inquiry-based instruction.
Abstract: The contemporary tendences emphasize the use of so-called inquiry-based learning (IBL). However, there remains a question – by which ways should be the active inquiry of pupils induced? The author of this article finds the answer in the union of the theory learning tasks and theory of the inquiry-based instruction. Via the analytical and comparative approaches, it turns out that two categories of the inquiry tasks can be used. The first one was provisionally marked as “instructive inquiry tasks”, the second one as “inquiry tasks with internal activation”. Both stated tasks have different essence in how are the pupils induced to perform the inquiry learning activities.
