TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a methodology focusing on examining the organisational structure and leaders in a destination based on the community and corporate model, which were demonstrated on two central European mountain destinations.

TL;DR: Regular homomorphisms of oriented maps essentially arise from a factorization by a subgroup of automorphisms, and are generalized to the case when the induced homomorphism of the underlying graphs is not valency preserving.
Abstract: Regular homomorphisms of oriented maps essentially arise from a factorization by a subgroup of automorphisms. This kind of map homomorphism is studied in detail, and generalized to the case when the induced homomorphism of the underlying graphs is not valency preserving. Reconstruction is treated by means of voltage assignments on angles, a natural extension of the common assignments on darts. Lifting and projecting groups of automorphisms along regular homomorphisms is studied in some detail. Finally, the split-extension structure of lifted groups is analysed.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present the results of primary research focused on identification (evaluation) of key factors and barriers determining innovation activities in Slovak SMEs, and make recommendations for state policy makers as well as SME´s managers.
Abstract: Background and Purpose: The field of innovation represents for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) a fundamental challenge. If the number of innovative SMEs is to rise, it is necessary to identify key factors determining their innovation activity and eliminate the innovation barriers. The main purpose of the paper is to present the results of primary research focused on identification (evaluation) of key factors and barriers determining innovation activities in Slovak SMEs. The division of SMEs into three groups of enterprises: innovation leaders, modest innovators and non-innovators enables to identify the differences in managers´ perception of the main factors and barriers determining innovation activities in various types of SMEs and to formulate policy implications for Slovak SMEs. Design/Methodology/Approach: Results of the empirical research were processed using MS Excel and the statistical analysis of the data in R3.2.4. statistical system was done. For statistical tests we assumed significance level (α = 0.1). Results: Evaluating the importance of the key factors a majority of enterprises (64.71%) indicated financial resources as the most important factor for the innovations. There is no statistically significant difference in individual (analysed) factors between innovation leaders, non-innovators and innovation followers (modest innovators). The results gained from Fisher exact test (p-value = 0.11) indicated a small difference in evaluating the significance of individual barriers between innovation leaders, non-innovators and modest innovators. Majority of enterprises also see as the main barriers to develop innovation activities bureaucracy and corruption and inappropriate state support of innovation activities. Conclusion: The main implications (conclusion) coming from the research are basic recommendations for state policy makers as well as SME´s managers to foster innovation activities in enterprises. They refer to the areas of financial resources, high-quality human resources, cooperation and participation of SMEs in different networks and clusters, systematic institutional support to SMEs, well-created vision and clearly formulated aims, and willingness of enterprises to innovate. Recommendations are summarised following the results of factor´s and barrier´s evaluation.

TL;DR: A comparison of the relativistic and nonrelativistic FBDE values, as well as molecular orbital and vibrational frequency analyses, have shown that this is a relativist, predominantly scalar, effect causing weaker d(M) → π(CO) back-bonding in Sg( CO)6 than in the lighter homologues.
Abstract: Calculations of the first bond dissociation energies (FBDEs) and other molecular properties of M(CO)6, where M = Mo, W, and Sg, have been performed using a variety of nonrelativistic and relativistic methods, such as ZORA-DFT, X2c+AMFI-CCSD(T), and Dirac–Coulomb density functional theory. The aim of the study is to assist experiments on the measurements of the FBDE of Sg(CO)6. We have found that, different from the results published earlier, the metal–CO bond in Sg(CO)6 should be weaker than that in W(CO)6. A comparison of the relativistic and nonrelativistic FBDE values, as well as molecular orbital and vibrational frequency analyses within both the nonrelativistic and relativistic approaches, have shown that this is a relativistic, predominantly scalar, effect causing weaker d(M) → π(CO) back-bonding in Sg(CO)6 than in the lighter homologues. Good agreement between the calculated FBDEs in this work and the experimental FBDEs for the Mo and W compounds gives credit to the present FBDE of Sg(CO)6, which s...

TL;DR: In this article, an integrative framework including the relationships among the determinants of customers' behavioral intentions has been proposed and examined on a sample of grocery retail customers in Serbia, with maximum likelihood as the method of parameter estimation.
Abstract: The aim of the study is to investigate the relationships among atmospherics, service quality, customer satisfaction and their impact on behavioural intentions in a retail setting in an emerging economy. Based on a comprehensive literature review, an integrative framework including the relationships among the determinants of customers' behavioural intentions has been proposed and examined on a sample of grocery retail customers in Serbia. Structural equation modelling, with maximum likelihood as the method of parameter estimation, has been applied to test hypothesised relationships. The results of the study point to the indirect relatedness of service quality to customers' behavioural intentions, mediated via satisfaction. Although the dimensions of atmospherics do not impact behavioural intentions directly, perceptions of atmospherics significantly shape customers' evaluation of service quality. Implications of the study have been discussed and limitations and suggestions for future research have been hig...
