Abstract: OBJECTIVE: to identify the opinion of parents or guardians of adolescents diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) about their children's exposure as perpetrators or victims of violence situations in family life or outside. METHOD: qualitative study with use of thematic oral history. Nine parents of 07 adolescents with ADHD participated. Data were collected from April to September of 2013 using thematic interview. The interviews were recorded at scheduled times at the participants' home, with an average duration of 30 minutes. The findings were submitted to inductive thematic analysis. RESULTS: data analysis allowed the identification of the occurrence of "Conflicts in family life" and "Conflicts in the context of school and community". Parents reported the involvement of their children as victims, perpetrators and witnesses of physical and psychological violence, and the difficulty of them and the school to understand and handle these situations. CONCLUSION: violence occurs in ADHD adolescents' interpersonal relationships. Communication between health professionals, school and families is precarious. Through the systematization of nursing care, nurses can plan strategies that articulate support networks and interpersonal relationships of adolescents with the disorder (family and school). Abstract: RESUMO: O artigo analisa a Reforma do Ensino Medio (Lei 13.145/17) e o Projeto de Lei 6840/13, abordando as diferencas e semelhancas entre eles e os distintos contextos politicos em que emergiram. Buscamos compreender a Reforma como parte de um movimento mais amplo de “reformismo educacional” a luz dos conceitos da teoria politica de Laclau e Mouffe. A Reforma do Ensino Medio tornou-se um discurso hegemonico antes do governo Temer, visando preencher um significante vazio: a crise do ensino medio. Com a emergencia do golpe institucional em 2016, houve uma ruptura, possibilitando que uma gama heterogenea de grupos politicos de esquerda, posicionados em campos distintos, se unificassem frente a um novo inimigo comum: o governo golpista. Neste novo quadro, foi constituido um bloco de oposicao mais coeso e unificado no que tange a Reforma do Ensino Medio, no interior do qual ha possibilidade de hegemonizar uma posicao contraria a mesma.

Abstract: Atualmente a sociedade se apresenta como uma sociedade de consumo, onde os individuos buscam sanar suas necessidades, desde as necessidades mais basicas ate os desejos mais complexos, pela compra de determinados produtos. Este trabalho visa descrever, analisar e ordenar, por ordem de importância, os atributos que os consumidores utilizam para escolher um varejo supermercadista. Essa pesquisa se caracteriza por uma pesquisa descritiva da categorizacao dos atributos de escolha dos consumidores quanto a varejos supermercadistas. Os atributos mais importantes em ordem do mais importante ao menos importante sao: limpeza e higiene (9,465), preco (9,395), atendimento (9,209), variedade / sortimento de produtos (9,186), qualidade das marcas (8,953), promocao no ponto de venda (8,930), ambiente de loja (8,907), formas de pagamento (8,767), horario de funcionamento (8,605), localizacao (8,581), estacionamento (8,093), acoes sociais (7,767), propaganda (7,698), familiares / amigos indicaram (7,628), e premios por sorteio (7,395). Alem disso, foram criados os fatores representativos do processo de escolha dos consumidores entre varejos supermercadistas.

Abstract: The aim of this article is to analyze the influence of Paulo Freire on the cultural curriculum of physical education, especially as regards the theming and questioning. It was found that Freire's legacy represents a paradigm shift with regard to educational issues to be addressed in physical education classes. Furthermore, from the political and pedagogical effects of a dialogicalproblematizing education, cultural curriculum of physical education can contribute to the deconstruction of the hegemonic representations that, in large part, operating social discrimination with regard the body practices and their subjects.
