TLDR
A model which incorporates the physics of dynamic Jahn-Teller and double-exchange effects is presented and solved via a dynamical mean field approximation to reproduce the behavior of the resistivity and magnetic transition temperature observed in Sr_x MnO_3.
Abstract
A model for the doped rare-earth manganites such as ${\mathrm{La}}_{1\ensuremath{-}x}{\mathrm{Sr}}_{x}{\mathrm{MnO}}_{3}$ incorporating the physics of dynamic Jahn-Teller and double-exchange effects is presented and solved via a dynamical mean field approximation. The interplay of these two effects as the electron phonon coupling is varied reproduces the observed behavior of the resistivity and magnetic transition temperature.

Quasiparticle states in the antiferromagnetic phase of double exchange systems

TL;DR: In this paper, a theory for the quasiparticle band structure in the antiferromagnetic phase of a Kondo-lattice Hamiltonian with ferromagnetic Hund's rule exchange between conduction electrons and localized spins was presented.

Strain and Magnetoresistance Anisotropy of PR0.7SR0.3MNO3 Ultrathin Films

TL;DR: In this article, a double exchange picture between Mn3+ and Mn4+ is interpreted as the magnetic properties of manganite oxides, giving rise to ferromagnetic coupling.

Effects of Ho-Doping on Crystal Structure and Microstructure of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 Ceramics

TL;DR: In this article, the crystal structure and microstructure of La 0.7-xHoxSr0.3MnO3 (x=0.2, 0.6) were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).

Magnetotransport Coefficients of Sm0.55Sr0.45MnO3

TL;DR: In this article, the authors show conclusively that an increase in both the carrier density and the mobility of the charge carriers is responsible for the observed colossal magnetoresistance in a polycrystalline sample Sm0.55Sr0.45MnO3.

Resistivity of Lightly Doped Ferromagnetic Semiconductors

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the low field magnetoresistance scales with the ratio of field induced magnetization m(H) to the saturation magnetization msat: Δρ/ρ=(ρ(T, 0)−ρ (T, H))/ρ( T, 0), 0)≈C(m/msat)2.
