TLDR
A model which incorporates the physics of dynamic Jahn-Teller and double-exchange effects is presented and solved via a dynamical mean field approximation to reproduce the behavior of the resistivity and magnetic transition temperature observed in Sr_x MnO_3.
Abstract
A model for the doped rare-earth manganites such as ${\mathrm{La}}_{1\ensuremath{-}x}{\mathrm{Sr}}_{x}{\mathrm{MnO}}_{3}$ incorporating the physics of dynamic Jahn-Teller and double-exchange effects is presented and solved via a dynamical mean field approximation. The interplay of these two effects as the electron phonon coupling is varied reproduces the observed behavior of the resistivity and magnetic transition temperature.

Temperature-dependent Brillouin scattering studies of surface acoustic modes in Nd0.5Sr0.5MnO3

TL;DR: In this paper, the surface acoustic wave velocities in Nd0.5Sr 0.5MnO3 were studied as a function of temperature in the range of 40-300 K covering the metal-insulator and charge-ordering phase transitions.

Theoretical considerations on the transport property of La1−xCaxMnO3 in the paramagnetic regime

TL;DR: In this article, the transport properties of a single crystal in the paramagnetic state were investigated from both the theoretical and the experimental point of view, and it was shown that both the spin-disorder scattering and the lattice distortion should be considered to explain the nature of the localization.

Pressure-temperature phase diagram of charge ordering in Nd1/2Sr1/2MnO3

TL;DR: In this paper, the (p, T) phase diagram of CO in that manganite was determined by measuring the values p, T where the far-infrared spectral weight of the metallic phase was fully recovered.

Non-adiabatic small polaron hopping and the effect of spin-polarized tunneling in electron-doped Ca 0.85 Nd 0.15 MnO 3

TL;DR: In this article, a phenomenological model of spin-polarized tunneling (SPT) of conduction electrons was proposed to explore the temperature-dependent magnetoresistance (MR) of the electron-doped manganite Ca.85Nd0.15MnO3.
