Abstract
New calculations of the flux of neutrinos produced by cosmic rays in the atmosphere are reported The authors have taken account of effects of the geomagnetic cutoff and of solar modulation separately for upward- and downward-going neutrinos of both electron and muon flavor with energies from 200 MeV to 10 GeV The geomagnetic cutoff in particular must be handled carefully because it induces behavior very similar to a neutrino oscillation signal

Cosmic asymmetry, neutrinos and the sun☆

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of cosmological asymmetry on various consequences of cold dark matter have been considered and the contribution of stable Dirac neutrinos with masses of a few GeV has been considered.

Atmospheric and Astrophysical Neutrinos above 1 TeV Interacting in IceCube

M. G. Aartsen, +310 more
- 05 Jan 2015 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented the results of a search for neutrino interactions inside IceCube's instrumented volume between 1 TeV and 1 PeV in 641 days of data taken from 2010-2012, and showed that neutrinos from the southern sky below 10 TeV for the first time, far below the threshold of the previous high-energy analysis.

Flavor Ratio of Astrophysical Neutrinos above 35 TeV in IceCube

M. G. Aartsen, +299 more
TL;DR: A shower-biased sample containing 129 showers and 8 tracks collected in three years from 2010 to 2013 is obtained and consistency with the (fe:fμ:fτ):fτ flavor ratio at Earth commonly expected from the averaged oscillations of neutrinos produced by pion decay in distant astrophysical sources is demonstrated.
