Abstract
The objective of this paper is to provide a basic framework for researchers interested in reporting the results of their PLS analyses. Since the dominant paradigm in reporting Structural Equation Modeling results is covariance based, this paper begins by providing a discussion of key differences and rationale that researchers can use to support their use of PLS. This is followed by two examples from the discipline of Information Systems. The first consists of constructs with reflective indicators (mode A). This is followed up with a model that includes a construct with formative indicators (mode B).

The influence of familiarity, trust and norms of reciprocity on an experienced sense of community: an empirical analysis based on social online services

TL;DR: Familiarity and trust lead the member to develop a growing perceived community support (PCS) and significantly influence the sense of a virtual community (VC), and structural equation modelling is proposed to assess the relationships between the constructs.

Exploring critical factors influencing physicians’ acceptance of mobile electronic medical records based on the dual-factor model: a validation in Taiwan

TL;DR: It was confirmed that the dual-factor model is a comprehensive method for exploring the acceptance of healthcare information technologies, both in Western and Eastern countries, and perceived mobility was proven to be an effective antecedent variable in the model.

The influence of organisational culture on the Total Quality Management programme performance

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the relationship between different types of cultures and effectiveness in total quality management (TQM) implementation using Cameron's framework, and tested the connection between a quality culture taxonomy and TQM programme performance using data from a survey carried out with 113 Spanish companies that have implemented TQMs.

A Partial Least Squares Latent Variable Modeling Approach for Measuring Interaction Effects: Results from a Monte Carlo Simulation Study and an Electronic-Mail Emotion/Adoption Study

TL;DR: A new latent variable modeling approach is provided that can give more accurate estimates of interaction effects by accounting for the measurement error that attenuates the estimated relationships.
