Abstract
The objective of this paper is to provide a basic framework for researchers interested in reporting the results of their PLS analyses. Since the dominant paradigm in reporting Structural Equation Modeling results is covariance based, this paper begins by providing a discussion of key differences and rationale that researchers can use to support their use of PLS. This is followed by two examples from the discipline of Information Systems. The first consists of constructs with reflective indicators (mode A). This is followed up with a model that includes a construct with formative indicators (mode B).

How do contract types and incentives matter to project performance

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the relationship between relational attitudes and teamworking quality in capital projects and found that projects with a partnering/alliance contract and incentive contracts are likely to perform better than those without incentives.

Factors influencing destination image and visit intention among young women travellers: role of travel motivation, perceived risks, and travel constraints

TL;DR: There is literature detailing the effects of travel motivation, risks perceptions, and travel constraints on the destination image and travel behaviour of individuals as discussed by the authors, however, literature explainin' this literature is limited.

Why innovations fail — the case of passive and active innovation resistance

TL;DR: In this article, the concepts of passive and active innovation resistance were proposed to expand our current knowledge of consumers' new product adoption behavior, and they showed that passive innovation resistance evolves from an individual's resistance to change disposition and status quo satisfaction.

Perception of young local residents toward sustainable conservation programmes: A case study of the Lenggong World Cultural Heritage Site

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the relationship between the perception of young local residents regarding tourism development and conservation efforts, their involvement in promoting and supporting Lenggong Valley as a World Heritage Site (WHS), and their sense of belonging.

The role of organizational culture for grounding, management, guidance and effectiveness of enterprise architecture principles

TL;DR: Analysis of the mechanisms of EA principles (EAP), that is EAP grounding, EAP management, and EAP guidance and their effects on EA consistency and EAM utility finds that all relations describing EAP mechanisms are significantly moderated by organizational culture.

Cross-Validatory Choice and Assessment of Statistical Predictions

TL;DR: In this article, a generalized form of the cross-validation criterion is applied to the choice and assessment of prediction using the data-analytic concept of a prescription, and examples used to illustrate the application are drawn from the problem areas of univariate estimation, linear regression and analysis of variance.

A Partial Least Squares Latent Variable Modeling Approach for Measuring Interaction Effects: Results from a Monte Carlo Simulation Study and an Electronic-Mail Emotion/Adoption Study

TL;DR: A new latent variable modeling approach is provided that can give more accurate estimates of interaction effects by accounting for the measurement error that attenuates the estimated relationships.
