The objective of this paper is to provide a basic framework for researchers interested in reporting the results of their PLS analyses. Since the dominant paradigm in reporting Structural Equation Modeling results is covariance based, this paper begins by providing a discussion of key differences and rationale that researchers can use to support their use of PLS. This is followed by two examples from the discipline of Information Systems. The first consists of constructs with reflective indicators (mode A). This is followed up with a model that includes a construct with formative indicators (mode B).read more

Do We Care about Going Green? Measuring the Effect of Green Environmental Awareness, Green Product Value and Environmental Attitude on Green Culture. An Insight from Nigeria
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined green environmental awareness, green product value and environmental attitude by applying the measurement of effects on green culture and found that awareness is the most important predictor and green product values tends to show a modest impact on environmental attitude.

The affect of vision and compassion upon role factors in physician leadership.
TL;DR: The findings reveal the mediating influence that positivity exerts upon participation, and offers health care leaders an opportunity to increase understanding of the social identification process that leads a higher level of professional participation, which may increase effectiveness for physicians in leadership.

The impact of a STEM-based entrepreneurship program on the entrepreneurial intention of secondary school female students
TL;DR: In this article, the authors explored the effects of a one-day female-focused STEM-based entrepreneurship program (for brevity, they call it the OzGirlsEntrepreneurship program) on the entrepreneurial intention of secondary school female students, and found that a key factor in the development of entrepreneurial attitudes in young female students is associated with soft skills development, particularly in the areas of creative thinking, risk-taking, problem-solving, and leadership development.

Indigenous residents’ perceptions towards tourism development: a case of Sabah, Malaysia
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the perceptions of an aboriginal group towards tourism development and the factors that influence their perceptions of the economic, social and environmental impacts of tourism, and found that the perception of environmental impacts, followed by perceived economic impacts, had a strong effect on support for tourism development.

Cross-Validatory Choice and Assessment of Statistical Predictions
TL;DR: In this article, a generalized form of the cross-validation criterion is applied to the choice and assessment of prediction using the data-analytic concept of a prescription, and examples used to illustrate the application are drawn from the problem areas of univariate estimation, linear regression and analysis of variance.

A Partial Least Squares Latent Variable Modeling Approach for Measuring Interaction Effects: Results from a Monte Carlo Simulation Study and an Electronic-Mail Emotion/Adoption Study
TL;DR: A new latent variable modeling approach is provided that can give more accurate estimates of interaction effects by accounting for the measurement error that attenuates the estimated relationships.
