Abstract
The objective of this paper is to provide a basic framework for researchers interested in reporting the results of their PLS analyses. Since the dominant paradigm in reporting Structural Equation Modeling results is covariance based, this paper begins by providing a discussion of key differences and rationale that researchers can use to support their use of PLS. This is followed by two examples from the discipline of Information Systems. The first consists of constructs with reflective indicators (mode A). This is followed up with a model that includes a construct with formative indicators (mode B).

Developing a conceptual model for examining the supply chain relationships between behavioural antecedents of collaboration, integration and performance

TL;DR: A conceptual model with theoretical basis on Relational Exchange Theory (RET) and extant supply chain theory is developed as a causal model that can be operationalised using structural equations modelling and a “single key informant” approach.

Tourism impacts, emotions and stress

TL;DR: In this article, the interrelationships between perceived tourism impacts, emotions from tourism, and tourism related stress were examined, and two mediated models were tested to examine the interdependence of stress and emotions.

Business process management and supply chain collaboration: effects on performance and competitiveness

TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the interrelationships among business process management (BPM), supply chain collaboration (SCC), collaborative advantage and organisational performance and found that effective BPM and SCC practices lead to enhanced performance and collaborative benefits.

The effect of entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance: A multigroup analysis comparing China, Mexico, and Spain

TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed firm entrepreneurial orientation across different contexts and found that the context of a firm certainly acts as a moderator by determining the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance, which is explained by the conditioning power of context over innovation, proactiveness, and risk-taking.

Drivers of consumers’ willingness to pay for halal logistics

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the factors that motivate the consumers in Malaysia to pay for halal logistics and its consequences on their demand for Halal logistics certification and found that a positive relationship exists between willingness to pay and the extent of demand for the halal logistic certification.

Cross-Validatory Choice and Assessment of Statistical Predictions

TL;DR: In this article, a generalized form of the cross-validation criterion is applied to the choice and assessment of prediction using the data-analytic concept of a prescription, and examples used to illustrate the application are drawn from the problem areas of univariate estimation, linear regression and analysis of variance.

A Partial Least Squares Latent Variable Modeling Approach for Measuring Interaction Effects: Results from a Monte Carlo Simulation Study and an Electronic-Mail Emotion/Adoption Study

TL;DR: A new latent variable modeling approach is provided that can give more accurate estimates of interaction effects by accounting for the measurement error that attenuates the estimated relationships.
