Visible-light communication using thermally evaporated CsPbBr3 perovskite thin films
Noor A. Merdad,Yue Wang,Omar Alkhazragi,Zyad Mohammed,Partha Maity,Luis Gutiérrez-Arzaluz,Haoze Yang,Rounak Naphade,Chun Hong Kang,Tien Khee Ng,Osman M. Bakr,Boon S. Ooi +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the thickness of the CsPbBr3 thin films was precisely controlled by using a single-beam thermal evaporation technique, and their morphology was analyzed through scanning electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction.
Journal ArticleDOI
Iodine doping of CsPbBr3: toward highly stable and clean perovskite single crystals for optoelectronic applications
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors used iodide doping to grow CsPbBr3-xIx single-phase perovskite with a broad absorption spectrum and showed that the iodine doping can result in improved purity, thermal, phase, and atmospheric stability.
Journal ArticleDOI
Room-temperature sensing of NH3 gas using CsPbBr3 thin films grown via dual-source evaporation
Phung Dinh Hoat,Van Khoe Vo,Sung-Hoon Bae,Hyo-Jun Lim,Pham Tien Hung,Nguyen Manh Hung,Nguyen Van Hoang,Joon-Hyung Lee,Young-Woo Heo +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , an effective ammonia sensor was developed using a CsPbBr3 thin film prepared directly by dual-source thermal evaporation, which exhibited good selectivity toward ammonia gas at room temperature, showing a high responsivity (958% at 10 ppm) and low detection limit (250 ppb).

A short history of SHELX
TL;DR: This paper could serve as a general literature citation when one or more of the open-source SH ELX programs (and the Bruker AXS version SHELXTL) are employed in the course of a crystal-structure determination.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystal structure refinement with SHELXL
TL;DR: New features added to the refinement program SHELXL since 2008 are described and explained.
Journal ArticleDOI
OLEX2: a complete structure solution, refinement and analysis program
TL;DR: OLEX2 seamlessly links all aspects of the structure solution, refinement and publication process and presents them in a single workflow-driven package, with the ultimate goal of producing an application which will be useful to both chemists and crystallographers.
Journal ArticleDOI
Organometal Halide Perovskites as Visible-Light Sensitizers for Photovoltaic Cells
TL;DR: Two organolead halide perovskite nanocrystals were found to efficiently sensitize TiO(2) for visible-light conversion in photoelectrochemical cells, which exhibit strong band-gap absorptions as semiconductors.
