Journal ArticleDOI

Halide lead perovskites for ionizing radiation detection

TL;DR: The promising features and challenges of halide perovskites as promising radiation detectors are shown and it is suggested that they may compete with the conventional counterparts.
Journal ArticleDOI

Polymer-Passivated Inorganic Cesium Lead Mixed-Halide Perovskites for Stable and Efficient Solar Cells with High Open-Circuit Voltage over 1.3 V.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that polythiophene, deposited on the top of CsPbI2 Br, can significantly reduce electron-hole recombination within the perovskite, which is due to the electronic passivation of surface defect states, and the interfacial properties are improved by a simple annealing process.

Temperature- and Component-Dependent Degradation of Perovskite Photovoltaic Materials under Concentrated Sunlight

TL;DR: The results indicate that the degradation is highly dependent on the hybrid perovskite composition and can be light- and thermally enhanced.

Volume-controlled current injection in insulators

TL;DR: The physical principles underlying one-carrier space-charge-limited current injection, both steady state and transient, and steady state, twocarrier, largely neutralized current injection are discussed in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Inorganic Halide Perovskites for Efficient Light-Emitting Diodes.

TL;DR: This work reports the first use of completely inorganic CsPbBr3 thin films for enhanced light emission through controlled modulation of the trap density by varying the CsBr-Pb Br2 precursor concentration.

Terahertz Conductivity within Colloidal CsPbBr3 Perovskite Nanocrystals: Remarkably High Carrier Mobilities and Large Diffusion Lengths

TL;DR: These results confirm a negligible influence of surface defects in trapping charge carriers, which in turn results into desirable intrinsic transport properties, from the perspective of device applications, such as remarkably high carrier mobility, large diffusion length, and high luminescence quantum yield.
Journal ArticleDOI

Resolving Weak Light of Sub-picowatt per Square Centimeter by Hybrid Perovskite Photodetectors Enabled by Noise Reduction.

TL;DR: A highly sensitive hybrid perovskite photodetector is demonstrated to be able to directly resolve light irradiance down to sub-picowatts per square centimeter, in good accordance with the calculated noise equivalent power.
