TL;DR: This paper has used this library to successfully create a complete deep learning course, which was able to write more quickly than using previous approaches, and the code was more clear.
Journal ArticleDOI
The Grammar of Graphics
TL;DR: The book describes clearly and intuitively the differences between exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and discusses how to construct, validate, and assess the goodness of fit of a measurement model in SEM by confirmatory factors analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
A colorimetric RT-LAMP assay and LAMP-sequencing for detecting SARS-CoV-2 RNA in clinical samples.
Viet Loan Dao Thi,Konrad Herbst,Kathleen Boerner,Matthias Meurer,Lukas P.M. Kremer,Lukas P.M. Kremer,Daniel Kirrmaier,Daniel Kirrmaier,Andrew Freistaedter,Dimitrios Papagiannidis,Carla V. TL;DR: The sensitivity and specificity of the RT-LAMP assay for detecting SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA was determined and a multiplexed sequencing protocol (LAMP-sequencing) was developed as a diagnostic validation procedure to detect and record the outcome of RT- LAMP reactions.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated SARS-CoV-2 pathobiology by characterizing the immune response in the alveoli of patients infected with the virus, and they collected bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples from 88 patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV2)induced respiratory failure and 211 patients with known or suspected pneumonia from other pathogens, and analyzed them using flow cytometry and bulk transcriptomic profiling.

The Grammar of Graphics
TL;DR: The Grammar of Graphics (GOG) as mentioned in this paper denotes a system with seven orthogonal components, i.e., there are seven graphical component sets whose elements are aspects of the general system and every combination of aspects in the product of all these sets is meaningful.
