Journal ArticleDOI
Surgical Delay for Acute Type A Dissection With Malperfusion
G. Michael Deeb,David M. Williams,Steven F. Bolling,Leslie E. Quint,Hilary M. Monaghan,Jennifer Sievers,Dean Karavite,Michael J. Shea +7 more
TL;DR: Patients with an acute type A dissection and malperfusion should undergo percutaneous reperfusions, and surgical repair should be delayed until the reperfusion injury resolves, and Delay was the only independent predictor of outcome.
Journal ArticleDOI
