Journal ArticleDOI

Trained Immunity-Promoting Nanobiologic Therapy Suppresses Tumor Growth and Potentiates Checkpoint Inhibition.

TL;DR: It is shown that rationally designed nanobiologics can promote trained immunity and elicit a durable anti-tumor response either as a monotherapy or in combination with checkpoint inhibitor drugs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Prosaposin mediates inflammation in atherosclerosis.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used myeloid cell-specific nanobiologics in apolipoprotein E-deficient (Apoe−/−) mice and found that targeting the mTOR and ribosomal protein S6 kinase-1 (S6K1) signaling pathways rapidly diminished plaque macrophages' inflammatory activity.
