Expanded encyclopaedias of DNA elements in the human and mouse genomes

Jill Moore, +73 more
- 29 Jul 2020 -
TL;DR: The authors summarize the data produced by phase III of the Encyclopedia of DNA Elements (ENCODE) project, a resource for better understanding of the human and mouse genomes, which have produced 5,992 new experimental datasets, including systematic determinations across mouse fetal development.
Journal ArticleDOI

CETCh-seq: CRISPR epitope tagging ChIP-seq of DNA-binding proteins

TL;DR: This work used clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/Cas9-based genome editing technology to develop CRISPR epitope tagging ChIP-seq (CETCh-seq) of DNA-binding proteins, and assessed the feasibility and robustness of the technique.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dynamics of microRNA expression during mouse prenatal development.

TL;DR: These results provide the most comprehensive time-course of miRNAs as part of an integrated ENCODE reference data set for mouse embryonic development and identify the potential role of specific miRNA expression clusters in suppressing the expression of mRNAs specific to other developmental programs in the organ in which they are expressed during embryonic development.
