Cytotoxic response of human regulatory T cells upon T-cell receptor-mediated activation: a matter of purity.

TL;DR: Rec recombinant bispecific antibodies (bsAb) were applied for antigen-specific redirection of polyclonal human T cells as surrogate for T-cell receptor (TCR)-mediated stimulation and have been proven to be highly effective in inducing the lytic capacity of both CD4+ and CD8+ Teffs.

Method for protecting a vehicle with an automatic parking brake

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for holding a vehicle at a standstill includes a first phase in which the brake pressure at the wheel brakes is retained so that the vehicle is held automatically by the service brake, and the braking force is then transferred to a parking brake so that in a second phase the vehicle was held solely by the parking brake.
Journal ArticleDOI

An altered intracellular distribution of the autoantigen La/SS-B when translated from a La mRNA isoform.

TL;DR: Transcription of the gene encoding for the nuclear autoantigen La resulted in La mRNA isoforms that encoded for three open reading frames upstream of the La protein reading frame and the translational efficiency was about 14% of exon 1 La mRNA using rabbit reticulolysate for in vitro translation.
