Journal ArticleDOI

D-GPCR: a novel putative G protein-coupled receptor overexpressed in prostate cancer and prostate.

TL;DR: The novel protein D-GPCR that is selectively overexpressed in human prostate cancer and prostate and belongs to the subfamily of odorant-like orphan G protein-coupled receptors is identified and its utility as a novel target in immunotherapy of prostate cancer is identified.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evidence for a direct interaction of Rev protein with nuclear envelope mRNA - translocation system

TL;DR: Evidence is presented that Rev down-regulates the NTPase-driven transport of mRNA lacking the RRE, most likely via binding to the mRNA carrier within the envelope, in contrast to the efflux of RRE-free RNA.
Journal ArticleDOI

Functional DNA Delivery Enabled by Lipid-Modified Charge-Altering Releasable Transporters (CARTs).

TL;DR: CART-pDNA complexes represent a new DNA delivery system for research and clinical applications and shows enhanced performance relative to the commercial transfection agent Lipofectamine 2000 (L2000).
