Journal ArticleDOI

SARS-CoV-2 B.1.617.2 Delta variant replication and immune evasion.

TL;DR: The B.617.1.2 spike protein was able to mediate highly efficient syncytium formation that was less sensitive to inhibition by neutralizing antibody, compared with that of wild-type spike as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Role of mixed metal oxides in catalysis science—versatile applications in organic synthesis

TL;DR: In this article, a review of mixed metal oxides (MMOs) in organic synthesis is presented, containing alkali, alkaline, rare earth and noble metals, and their applications are summarized.
Journal ArticleDOI

Genetic landscape of the people of India: A canvas for disease gene exploration

Samir K. Brahmachari, +150 more
- 01 Apr 2008 -
TL;DR: High levels of genetic divergence are observed between groups of populations that cluster largely on the basis of ethnicity and language in diverse populations of India.
Journal ArticleDOI

Whole genome sequencing of emerging multidrug resistant Candida auris isolates in India demonstrates low genetic variation

TL;DR: Using whole genome sequencing analysis, this work deciphers for the first time that C. auris strains from four Indian hospitals were highly related, suggesting clonal transmission, and isolates originated from cases of fungaemia and were resistant to fluconazole.
