20 Aug 2018TL;DR: A new dimension of electronic structure regulation is illustrated and promises further optimization of highly efficient electrocatalysts.
Abstract: Foreign metal ions with reducing ability were doped into NiFe layered double hydroxides (NiFe-LDHs) to activate the basal plane in NiFe-LDHs for oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Mn2+-Doped NiFe-LDH array electrode yields a low onset potential of 1.41 V and exhibits outstanding stability. The study herein illustrates a new dimension of electronic structure regulation and promises further optimization of highly efficient electrocatalysts.

TL;DR: In this paper, the Eocene sandstones in the northern Dongying Sag, Bohai Bay Basin, China, are reservoirs for large accumulations of hydrocarbons and show an overall decrease in reservoir quality from 1500m to 5000m below sea level.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a comprehensive risk evaluation method by combining a risk matrix with a bow-tie model, considering the risk factors that may lead to an accident using a fault tree; the consequences of unwanted events are then described in an event tree.
