TL;DR: The PRECISE-DAPT score may be a significant independent predictor of CIN in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and should be performed more cautiously, and it should be noted that the development of Cin risk of these patients group is high.
