TLDR
In this article, an emotion-related theoretical framework based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) model was proposed to examine the relationship between the variables and explain consumers' acceptance of and engagement in ecological behavior.

Youth and sustainable waste management: a SEM approach and extended theory of planned behavior

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors developed the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to explain comprehensively the establishment of intention and behavior toward source separation of waste, and the extended TPB involves the significant structures affecting the behavior along with the original variables of TPB model.

Examining Consumers' Intentions to Dine at Luxury Restaurants while Traveling

TL;DR: In this paper, a food image variable was incorporated into a luxury value-attitude-behavior model to examine Taiwanese tourists' attitudes toward luxury restaurants and purchase intentions, i.e., to dine at luxury restaurants while traveling for tourism purposes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Green and sustainable practices in the construction industry: A confirmatory factor analysis approach

TL;DR: In this article, the authors differentiate between sustainable and green construction and significantly contribute to empirical investigations related to the impact of green construction factors on sustainable performance and to test the theory of planned behavior in the construction context and empirically assess green construction factor and the performance model.
Journal ArticleDOI

What motivates the adoption of green restaurant products and services? A systematic review and future research agenda

TL;DR: In this article, a comprehensive review of the literature on consumers' green restaurant adoption is presented, where the authors identify four key thematic foci: (a) consumer behavior variables studied, (b) antecedents internal to the consumer, (c) antecents due to the perception of external factors, and (d) moderators.
Journal ArticleDOI

Moderating and mediating roles of environmental concern and ecotourism experience for revisit intention

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the mediating role of environmental concern and ecotourism experiences in tourists' pro-environment attitudes and found that environmental concern mediated the relationships between motivation and revisit intention.

The theory of planned behavior

TL;DR: Ajzen, 1985, 1987, this article reviewed the theory of planned behavior and some unresolved issues and concluded that the theory is well supported by empirical evidence and that intention to perform behaviors of different kinds can be predicted with high accuracy from attitudes toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control; and these intentions, together with perceptions of behavioral control, account for considerable variance in actual behavior.

Principles and Practice of Structural Equation Modeling

TL;DR: The book aims to provide the skills necessary to begin to use SEM in research and to interpret and critique the use of method by others.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multivariate Data Analysis

TL;DR: In this paper, a six-step framework for organizing and discussing multivariate data analysis techniques with flowcharts for each is presented, focusing on the use of each technique, rather than its mathematical derivation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multivariate data analysis

TL;DR: This chapter discusses Structural Equation Modeling: An Introduction, and SEM: Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and Testing A Structural Model, which shows how the model can be modified for different data types.
Journal ArticleDOI

Efficacy of the Theory of Planned Behaviour: a meta-analytic review.

TL;DR: A quantitative integration and review of research on the Theory of Planned Behaviour and the subjective norm, which found that intentions and self-predictions were better predictors of behaviour than attitude, subjective norm and PBC.
