TLDR
In this article, an emotion-related theoretical framework based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) model was proposed to examine the relationship between the variables and explain consumers' acceptance of and engagement in ecological behavior.About:

The determinants of consumer engagement in restaurant food waste mitigation in Poland: An exploratory study
TL;DR: In this article, the authors explore the prerequisites of consumer involvement in mitigating restaurant food waste in Poland, a transitional economy in East-Central Europe, and test the role of such pre-environmental consumer behaviour as public environmental knowledge, environmental concern, anticipated regret and proenvironmental behaviour at home in shaping positive customer attitudes towards the need to mitigate Restaurant food waste with a subsequent trigger of behavioural intentions to engage in mitigation.
Journal ArticleDOI
The effects of anticipatory emotions on service satisfaction and behavioral intention
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of hypotheses relating anticipated and experienced emotions to satisfaction and behavioral intention are tested in the context of a relatively high involvement, hedonistic service encounter in a longitudinal quantitative study involving 304 participants.
Journal ArticleDOI
Examination of peer influence as a moderator and predictor in explaining green purchase behaviour in a developing country
TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the factors affecting consumers' purchasing behavior in respect of green products in a developing nation, and ascertained the moderating effect of peer influence on this relationship.
Journal ArticleDOI
A comprehensive review on theoretical framework‐based electric vehicle consumer adoption research
TL;DR: In this article, the authors provide an overview on the existing hurdles for consumer adoption of EVs as well as a framework of the theoretical standpoints that were developed for the adoption behavior, in addition to considering consumer intentions in the direction of EVs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Perceived behavioral control as a mediator of hotels' green training, environmental commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior: A sustainable environmental practice
TL;DR: In this article, the mediating effect of perceived behavioral control in the organization and the environment was analyzed using AMOS statistical version 20 with 306 employees working in four and five-star hotels in Istanbul.

The theory of planned behavior
TL;DR: Ajzen, 1985, 1987, this article reviewed the theory of planned behavior and some unresolved issues and concluded that the theory is well supported by empirical evidence and that intention to perform behaviors of different kinds can be predicted with high accuracy from attitudes toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control; and these intentions, together with perceptions of behavioral control, account for considerable variance in actual behavior.

Principles and Practice of Structural Equation Modeling
TL;DR: The book aims to provide the skills necessary to begin to use SEM in research and to interpret and critique the use of method by others.
Journal ArticleDOI
Multivariate Data Analysis
TL;DR: In this paper, a six-step framework for organizing and discussing multivariate data analysis techniques with flowcharts for each is presented, focusing on the use of each technique, rather than its mathematical derivation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Multivariate data analysis
TL;DR: This chapter discusses Structural Equation Modeling: An Introduction, and SEM: Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and Testing A Structural Model, which shows how the model can be modified for different data types.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficacy of the Theory of Planned Behaviour: a meta-analytic review.
TL;DR: A quantitative integration and review of research on the Theory of Planned Behaviour and the subjective norm, which found that intentions and self-predictions were better predictors of behaviour than attitude, subjective norm and PBC.
