TLDR
In this article, an emotion-related theoretical framework based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) model was proposed to examine the relationship between the variables and explain consumers' acceptance of and engagement in ecological behavior.About:

Top managers’ environmental values, leadership, and stakeholder engagement in promoting environmental sustainability in the restaurant industry
TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the role of top managers' values and leadership in advancing environmental sustainability and investigated the effects of stakeholder engagement on restaurants' environmental sustainability, and assessed the impact of related practices on restaurant performance.

Guests' pro-environmental decision-making process: broadening the norm activation framework in a lodging context.
TL;DR: In this paper, a structural model and metric-invariance test with 316 samples gathered via an online survey indicated that the extended norm activation framework comprising such important processes and interpretation of the NAM as a sequential model was more effective in predicting guests' pro-environmental intention than the original NAM and the rival model, which offered an alternative interpretation of NAM (moderator model).

Understanding the antecedents of consumers' attitudes towards doggy bags in restaurants: Concern about food waste, culture, norms and emotions
TL;DR: In this paper, a qualitative study with 20 respondents in France and 20 respondents from the Czech Republic was conducted to understand how consumers' concern about food waste, culture, social norms and emotions contribute to consumers' attitudes and behaviors related to doggy bags.

The theory of planned behavior
TL;DR: Ajzen, 1985, 1987, this article reviewed the theory of planned behavior and some unresolved issues and concluded that the theory is well supported by empirical evidence and that intention to perform behaviors of different kinds can be predicted with high accuracy from attitudes toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control; and these intentions, together with perceptions of behavioral control, account for considerable variance in actual behavior.

Principles and Practice of Structural Equation Modeling
TL;DR: The book aims to provide the skills necessary to begin to use SEM in research and to interpret and critique the use of method by others.

Multivariate Data Analysis
TL;DR: In this paper, a six-step framework for organizing and discussing multivariate data analysis techniques with flowcharts for each is presented, focusing on the use of each technique, rather than its mathematical derivation.

Multivariate data analysis
TL;DR: This chapter discusses Structural Equation Modeling: An Introduction, and SEM: Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and Testing A Structural Model, which shows how the model can be modified for different data types.

Efficacy of the Theory of Planned Behaviour: a meta-analytic review.
TL;DR: A quantitative integration and review of research on the Theory of Planned Behaviour and the subjective norm, which found that intentions and self-predictions were better predictors of behaviour than attitude, subjective norm and PBC.
