Niobium Doped TiO2 with Mesoporosity and Its Application for Lithium Insertion
TL;DR: In this paper, a mesoporous niobium-doped TiO2 (NTO) with mesoporosity and high surface area is presented, which was prepared using a novel poly(ethylene-co-butylene)-b-poly (ethylene oxide) amphiphilic diblock copolymer as a template and simple titanium reagents (TiCl4 and Nb(OC2H5)5).
Journal ArticleDOI
Behavior of atomic radicals and their effects on organic low dielectric constant film etching in high density N2/H2 and N2/NH3 plasmas
TL;DR: In this article, an organic low k film was etched in inductively coupled high-density plasmas employing N2/H2 and n2/NH3 gases by changing the mixing ratio of these gases, the anisotropic etching profile was obtained.
Journal ArticleDOI
Bone growth to metal implants is regulated by their surface chemical properties
R. Hazan,R. Brener,U. Oron +2 more
TL;DR: It is concluded that heat treatment of metal implants prior to their insertion alters their chemical surface properties and augments bony ingrowth to them.
Journal ArticleDOI
Adsorption and visible-light-driven photocatalytic properties of Ag3PO4/WO3 composites: A discussion of the mechanism
TL;DR: In this paper, the electron flow direction between Ag3PO4 and WO3 cubic phase nanosheets with a thickness of 10-20nm was analyzed to support the Z-scheme photocatalytic mechanism.

The interface region in squeeze-infiltrated composites containing δ-alumina fibre in an aluminium matrix
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the nature of interfaces formed between fine, δ-alumina fibres and aluminium-based matrices and concluded that any distinct chemical reaction product formed at the interface between fibre and matrix must be limited in extent to the atomic monolayer level.
