Structure and optical properties of sequentially electrodeposited ZnO/Se bases for ETA solar cells

TL;DR: In this paper, annealing of ZnO/Se samples using a halogen lamp provides conversion of amorphous selenious films into suitable for solar cells gray nanocrystalline hexagonal Se without ZnNO degradation and thus enables the formation of bases of ETA solar cells.

Reitveld Refinement and Derivative Spectroscopy of Nanoparticles of Soft Ferrites (MgNiFe)

TL;DR: In this article, MgNi ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized using an aqueous sol-gel method for targeted drug delivery and other electronic applications using X-ray diffraction technique (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), FTIR spectroscopy and their respective derivatives.

Structural and physical-chemical characterization of redox active CeO 2 nanoparticles synthesized by precipitation in water-alcohol solutions

TL;DR: In this paper, a set of cerium dioxide nanoparticles (CeO2NPs) was synthesized by precipitation in water-alcohol solutions under conditions when the physical-chemical parameters of synthesized NPs were controlled by changing the ratio of the reaction components.

Compositional complexity dependence of lattice distortion in FeNiCoCrMn high entropy alloy system

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of compositional complexity from unary to quinary compositions of high entropy alloys (HEAs) on lattice distortion has been studied, and it was shown that the high compositional complexities of HEAs do not lead to a strong effect on the lattice strain and solid solution hardness.
