TL;DR: In this article, the authors determined the ratio, q(IR), of rest-frame 8-1000um flux to monochromatic radio flux, S(1.4GHz), for galaxies selected at far-IR and radio wavelengths, to search for signs that the ratio evolves with redshift, luminosity or dust temperature.

TL;DR: The first public release of high-quality data products (DR1) from Hi-GAL, the Herschel infrared Galactic Plane Survey, is presented in this paper, which is the keystone of a suite of continuum Galactic plane surveys from the near-IR to the radio and covers five wavebands at 70, 160, 250, 350 and 500 mu m.

TL;DR: It is proposed that in the bacterial system, glycosylation sites are located in flexible parts of folded proteins, whereas the eukaryotic cotranslational glycosolation evolved to a mechanism presenting the substrate in a flexible form before folding.
