Journal ArticleDOI

Reactions of metalloalkynes.‡ The reaction of the ethyne-1,2-diyl complex, [{Ru(CO)2(η-C5H5)}2(µ-C≡C)], with [Mo2(CO)4(η-C5H5)2]. An example of µ3,η1-C≡C coordination of a carbide ligand

TL;DR: In this paper, a new complex containing a carbide (C2) ligand bound, in triply bridging mode to the MoRu2 triangle, through one carbon and the other in a monohapto fashion to the other ruthenium atom.
Journal ArticleDOI

New routes to organometallic molecular junctions via a simple thermal processing protocol

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors demonstrate the feasibility of thermal processing routes to form good quality molecular junctions from organometallic complexes of relatively complex molecular structure capped with uniformly-shaped nanoparticles formed in situ.
Journal ArticleDOI

Reaction of ruthenium and iron alkynyl complexes with [Mo2(CO)4(η-C5H5)2]‡

TL;DR: In this article, the fluxional nature of the molybdenum carbonyl groups at room temperature was observed by solution NMR studies; the mechanism for equilibration of the M2C2 core must involve disruption of the central Mo2C 2 core.
Journal ArticleDOI

Triamidetriamine bearing macrobicyclic and macrotricyclic ligands: potential applications in the development of copper-64 radiopharmaceuticals.

TL;DR: A versatile and straightforward synthetic approach is described for the preparation of triamide bearing analogues of sarcophagine hexaazamacrobicyclic cage ligands without the need for a templating metal ion.
Journal ArticleDOI

ent-12-Oxolabda-8,13(16)-dien-15-oic acid and ent-8β,12α-epidioxy-12β-hydroxylabda-9(11),13-dien-15-oic acid γ-lactone : two new diterpenes from the aerial parts of Premna oligotricha

TL;DR: In this paper, ent-labdane diterpenes have been isolated from the aerial parts of Premna oligotricha (Verbenaceae) through NMR studies, one was identified as ent-12-oxolabda-8,3(16)dien-15-oic acid.
