TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated how daily fluctuations in leader self-rated empowering behaviour are related to employees' daily level job crafting behaviour, from an interactionist perspective, and found that the effect of these fluctuations on job crafting behavior was significant.

“Red wins”, “black wins” and “blue loses” effects are in the eye of beholder, but they are culturally universal: A cross-cultural analysis of the influence of outfit colours on sports performance.
TL;DR: In this article, a two-minute video of a semi-professional boxing match was shown to participants from Poland and China, where the original video was modified to change the colors of the boxers' trunks (red vs. blue, blue vs. red, red vs. black, black vs black, and black vs red), which caused an erroneous perception of the number of blows landed by boxers wearing red and black trunks.
