Journal ArticleDOI

A G-CSF receptor-gyrase B fusion gene: A new type of molecular switch for expansion of genetically modified hematopoietic cells.

TL;DR: The results suggest the feasibility of using Gyr as a molecular switch to regulate a growth signal in hematopoietic cells and circumvent possible concerns with the Er/estrogen switching system.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ectopic expression of Klotho in fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23)-producing tumors that cause tumor-induced rickets/osteomalacia (TIO)

TL;DR: An RNA sequencing analysis of a PMTMCT that was found in the left parotid gland of a patient with TIO is performed, assuming that the ectopic expression of Klotho in PTMMCTs enables a positive feedback loop in FGF23 production via the activation of FGF receptor 1c and exacerbates disease manifestations in TIO.
Journal ArticleDOI

Transforming activity of purinergic receptor P2Y, G-protein coupled, 2 revealed by retroviral expression screening.

TL;DR: A retroviral cDNA expression library from a CRC cell line RKO is constructed and used for a focus formation assay with mouse 3T3 fibroblasts, leading to the identification of 42 independent cDNAs, which encode purinergic receptor P2Y, G-protein coupled, 2 (P2RY2).
