Journal ArticleDOI

DNA microarray analysis of in vivo progression mechanism of heart failure.

TL;DR: Interestingly, expression of the gene for the D-binding protein, an apoptotic-related transcriptional factor, became decreased upon the transition to heart failure, the first report to describe the transcriptome of cardiac myocytes during the disease progression of heart failure.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development of a novel selective amplifier gene for controllable expansion of transduced hematopoietic cells

TL;DR: It is speculated that when the selective amplifier genes are expressed in the primitive hematopoietic stem cells, the growth signal predominates and that the population of transduced stem cells expands upon estrogen treatment, even if some of the cells enter the differentiation pathway.
Journal ArticleDOI

Small lung tumor biopsy samples are feasible for high quality targeted next generation sequencing.

TL;DR: CTNB, EBUS‐TBNA and TBB mostly resulted in adequate DNA and RNA quality and enabled high‐quality targeted NGS analysis, and this work confirmed that small biopsies using these methods are preferable to resection to make a pathological diagnosis.
Journal Article

Tec protein-tyrosine kinase directly associates with lyn protein-tyrosine kinase through its n-terminal unique domain

TL;DR: This is the first report demonstrating the direct association between distinct cytoplasmic protein-tyrosine kinases, especially through N-terminal unique domain, in a mouse IL-3-dependent myeloid cell line.
